The Role:

As a Sourcing Analyst, you will support our Procurement team's mission to optimize costs on SaaS renewals. Working closely with a Procurement Manager, you will negotiate with suppliers on transactional contracts. Your attention to detail and negotiation skills will be crucial in achieving positive outcomes for Vertice customers.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate directly with suppliers on transactional contracts, ensuring favorable pricing and terms aligned with customer needs. These are lower value tail spend contracts, where quick positive outcomes are essential.
• Collaborate with the Procurement team to understand customer requirements and non-negotiables. Keep customers updated with clear, concise communication and update the Vertice platform regularly.
• Maintain and strengthen supplier relationships through timely and effective communication, especially via email.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in procurement operations, or in a delivery or relationship management role within SaaS.
• Experience negotiating with SaaS suppliers or strong knowledge of key SaaS terms.
• Commercial acumen to translate customer needs into action and identify risks.
• Ability to work with urgency, balancing speed and accuracy.
