Placements24 is seeking a skilled Sound Engineer to manage all audio aspects of live performances in Mahikeng. The role requires deep technical knowledge of audio equipment and acoustics, with a passion for delivering crystal-clear sound.

You will collaborate with artists, production managers, and technical crews to ensure optimal sonic experiences for audiences across concerts, theatre, and events. On-site work in the North West region is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Sound Engineer for live events.
• Expertise in operating digital and analog mixing consoles, microphones, speakers, and signal processing units.
• Strong understanding of acoustics, signal flow, and audio principles.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Calm under pressure; experience in Arts & Entertainment environments.
