Solutions System Analyst (Salesforce)

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business and system requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical/functional specs (FRS, BSS, Use Cases).
• Align Salesforce features with functional requirements, using tools like Flow, Process Builder, and validation rules.
• Support solution design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation.
• Conduct impact assessments, feasibility studies, and gap analysis.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, business users, and third-party vendors.
• Ensure compliance, system security, and effective data analysis/reporting.

Qualifications and skills:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related
• 3–7 years in systems analysis/design or development
• Understanding of business workflows and CRM systems
• Knowledge of Salesforce APIs
