Responsibilities

1. Create and prepare business cases to support the design of solutions, products, and enhancements that will deliver on the strategic objectives of the product house or business unit.
2. Prevent wastage and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs.
3. Develop, encourage, and nurture collaborative relationships across the FRG.
4. Continuously assess own performance, seek timely and clear feedback, and request training where appropriate.
5. Develop new insights into situations and apply innovative solutions to make organizational improvements.
6. Ensure compliance with legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes.
7. Build reports that track progress and guide the business to make informed decisions.
8. Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration, and innovation.
9. Deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards.
10. Facilitate and coordinate end-to-end implementation of prioritized and approved solutions for relevant product house or business unit.
11. Analyze data to identify opportunities for efficiencies and growth in business.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree
2. 5+ years' experience in an analytical role within a Forex environment
3. Strong analytical skills
4. Experience with Balance of Payments reporting
5. Experience working with multiple technical delivery teams
6. Experience in a strong technology-focused role such as Systems / Business Analysis, Product Owner / Manager, Solutions Strategist, etc.
7. SWIFT payments, ISO message payments knowledge will be an advantage
8. General Correspondent banking and payments routing knowledge
