Description

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Designer to join our client, a well-established company with a global presence. This is a hybrid role based in Warrington, requiring 1-2 days in the office per week.

The role involves designing how customers interact with products and implementing changes to those products. It combines business analysis and systems analysis, focusing on user perspectives, interface specifications, and software logic. You will collaborate with development, testing, and project teams to ensure smooth transition to operational environments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing end-user and operational use of software
• Creating interface specifications and defining software logic
• Collaborating with development and testing teams
• Supporting transition to operational environments

Ideal candidates will have:

• 2-4 years of experience in business systems analysis or solutions design
• Knowledge of software design, including databases, UI, APIs, batch processing, and architecture
• Ability to quickly learn new IT systems and business processes
• Experience in writing functional specifications and interface contracts
• Familiarity with methodologies like Waterfall and Agile
• Business process modeling skills
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences
