Qualifications

• Proficiency in Java and Node.js and cloud platforms.
• Experience with microservices and scalable systems.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering; advanced degrees or certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architectural design: develop high-level architecture and detailed specs.
• Technology leadership: guide on Java/Node.js and best practices.
• Solution development: oversee from conception to deployment for scalability.
• Stakeholder collaboration: work with clients, PMs, and tech teams to capture requirements.
• Problem solving: identify issues and develop effective resolutions.
• Code review and optimization: ensure code quality and performance.
• Documentation: maintain architecture designs and best practices.
• Mentorship: coach junior architects and dev teams.
• Innovation: stay current with industry trends to drive improvements.
