Job summary

MRI Software is seeking a Solutions Analyst to join the GPS Operations Management team. The role requires coordinating with Sales, consultants, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality professional services.

You will manage SOWs, pricing proposals, and resource planning while maintaining key systems and ensuring data accuracy. The position follows a hybrid work model with 2 days in-office in Cape Town and 3 days remote, aligning with US EST hours.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Extremely proficient with MS Office.
  • Experience identifying inefficiencies in processes and implementing improvements.
  • Detail-oriented with strong client satisfaction focus.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales to create SOWs and fee estimates using MS Excel/Word.
  • Plan and schedule resources for projects.
  • Prepare detailed progress and status reports for stakeholders and clients.
  • Ensure consultants have necessary materials and resources to deliver service.
  • Create contracts, SOWs, and pricing proposals using MS Excel/Word.
  • Maintain MRI Global Professional Services systems (SuiteProjects Pro, Salesforce.com, Power BI).
  • Track project performance, forecast resource needs, and generate reports.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and workflows.

Job description

MRI Software is looking for a Solutions Analyst to join MRI’s Global Professional Services (GPS) organization. This is a highly visible role that requires ongoing interaction with other MRI departments, client executives, and prospective new clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, is highly organized, proactive, is motivated by learning, and is comfortable with taking charge of initiatives and managing them to their completion. As part of our GPS Operations Management team, the Solutions Analyst is a role that is crucial to the success of MRI’s GPS organization.

Please note, this position is required to work in accordance with U.S. hours (EST) 8:30am-5:00pm (EST) as well as working South African Public Holidays.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to create Statement of Work & Fee Estimates for Professional Services projects in MS Excel and MS Word, ensuring all terms are clear, comprehensive, and compliant with company policies.
  • Assisting with the planning and scheduling of resources for project work
  • Prepare detailed progress and status reports for internal stakeholders and clients, using data from project management tools.
  • Collaborate with consultants to ensure they have all necessary materials, information, and resources to deliver high-quality service.
  • Create Professional Services contracts, Statement of Work and Pricing Proposals using MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Ensure consultants and managers are in position to be successful
  • Maintain SuiteProjects Pro, SalesForce.com, and other MRI Global Professional Services systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Utilize these systems to track project performance, forecast resource needs, and generate reports.
  • Identify opportunities for improving internal processes and workflows to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and streamline operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Extremely proficient with MS Office
  • Experience in identifying and analyzing inefficiencies in processes and workflows; and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Very tactical and detail-oriented – places high value on order, accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of effectively conveying information to clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills.
  • Can work effectively in cross functional teams
