An exciting opportunity exists for a technically savvy and client-focused Solutions Consultant to join a fast-growing SaaS organisation specialising in e-Invoicing and VAT compliance technologies.
Job Overview :
The Solutions Consultant will serve as the bridge between the sales, client success, and technical teams, ensuring clients are effectively onboarded and supported through product implementation. This role plays a key part in demonstrating product value during pre-sales, designing tailored solutions, and guiding seamless integration strategies for clients across diverse global markets.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead technical discussions during the sales process to address client-specific requirements
Conduct product demonstrations showcasing platform features and integration options
Collaborate with technical teams to address functional queries and support complex proposals
Draft tailored solution designs and comprehensive implementation strategies
Contribute to RFP responses, onboarding documentation, and integration planning
Ensure accurate data mapping and configuration during the onboarding process
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during solution deployment
Key Requirements :
3–5 years of experience in product consulting, management consulting, or technical implementation
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Strong background in B2B SaaS or RegTech solutions, especially in pre-sales roles
Proficiency with data integration methodologies and tools
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Prior experience in ERP or EMS system integrations is highly advantageous
