Job description

In this dynamic role, you’ll lead the Solutions and Innovations Function, reporting directly to the Head of Enablement. You’ll leverage your technical expertise to support the Revenue team in customer engagements, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Architect winning solutions:Analyze customer requirements from both business and technical perspectives. Design secure, commercially viable solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
• Collaborative problem-solving:Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including the business development team, to ensure solutions align with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Technical expertise:Provide expert guidance on Secure Payment Network products, services, and Payment Technology solutions. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and contribute to product roadmaps.
• Customer champion:Act as the primary technical interface with customers, ensuring their needs are met throughout the sales cycle – from pre-sales to post-sales support.
• Driving best practices:Develop and implement processes for high-quality solution architecture across Africa.

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

• 5+ years of experiencein IP Networking, ideally within a service provider technical environment.
• Technical proficiency:Possess a 3-year degree/equivalent qualification and industry certifications (Cisco CCNP/CCDP or equivalent a plus).
• Solutions focus:Demonstrate a strong solutions-driven mindset and a passion for problem-solving.
• Communication & Collaboration:Excel at both verbal and written communication and thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Project Management:Experience managing projects with defined plans, steps, and dependencies.
• Technical fluency:Be proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Monday.com, and VISIO. A background in SIGMA 6 Process Mapping is a plus.
• Additionally, should be able to compile solution documentation that incorporates Secure Payment Network Infrastructure Products and Services, and Payment Technology Services

• Duration: Contract with possible conversion to perm (Need to be able to start ASAP)
