Responsible for ensuring that all master data is correct and updated at all times and maintaining SAP related SOPs and workflows.
Assisting with the end-to-end application, integration and continuous improvement of the SAP implementation.
Contribute to the business partner leadership team by actively partnering with business peers to determine and articulate strategic direction.
Ensure that all team members receive the necessary training/coaching and that they are comfortable with all SAP related processes and assist with any user queries (process or SAP related).
Assist in the accurate budgeting and forecasting across operations and projects or programs.
Shape business demand into supply by partnering with appropriate business resources to facilitate ideation and the development of business cases and value plans, with a focus on continuous business improvement.
Work closely with SA Commercial IT Business Analysts to ensure that business demand is addressed effectively and sensibly.
Strategic partnering:
Coach business leaders and enable them to articulate their functions systems needs and requirements.
Partner with enterprise architecture to develop and maintain multi-year business capability roadmaps.
Partner with business transformation teams (change management) to ensure effective business transformation for all initiatives.
Partner with the project/program/portfolio management organization (PMO) to ensure a healthy and well-managed initiative portfolio.
Lead as the strategic interface between the BRM and the functional area/business partner.
Develop a deep knowledge of the business partners functional area and develop positive relationships, both horizontally and vertically.

Qualifications and Experience:
Matric / Grade 12.
Bachelors Degree IT, ComSci, Informatics or Engineering (10+ Years).
10+ years business experience.
5-10 years of functional experience in the relevant business function.
Extensive experience in the Pharmaceutical industry.
Experience facilitating the development and implementation of business initiatives and projects, based on management objectives.
Knowledge of Governance frameworks such as King IV, PoPI & GDPR.
Knowledge of IT service management/service control/enterprise architecture processes, methodologies & frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, TOGAF.
