Job Description

Design, recommend, and govern the implementation of solutions across the bank to address business needs and solve problems. Manage change processes and establish overall solutions architecture and frameworks.

You will be an ideal candidate if you have the following:

• Minimum: Degree
• Preferred: Related Degree or certifications
• 5+ Years of experience
• Preferred: Banking industry experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Create integrated business processes, technologies, information, and application architectural frameworks, and develop high-level roadmaps aligned with FirstRand standards
• Manage and develop team members, fostering growth and performance excellence
• Demonstrate leadership through personal involvement and commitment to organizational values
• Apply a customer-centric approach to ensure satisfaction
• Establish mutually beneficial stakeholder relationships to support innovative solutions
• Develop budgets, monitor effectiveness, and report variances
• Manage expenditure within approved budgets
• Develop collaborative relationships within FNB and across FRG
• Ensure IT governance approvals and oversee HR digitization initiatives
• Manage application architecture operational processes for optimal costing and data integrity
• Deliver proof of concept solutions and evaluate their fit for purpose
