Solutions Architect

Centrax Systems is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect with a strong background in ERP systems. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and oversee ERP solutions that align with business objectives. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose architectural solutions, and ensure successful system integration and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural Design: Design ERP system solutions that align with the organization's strategic goals and technical architecture standards.
• System Integration: Lead the integration of ERP systems with existing software platforms and databases.
• Requirement Gathering: Work with stakeholders, including business users and IT teams, to gather functional and technical requirements for ERP implementations.
• Solution Development: Collaborate with development teams to create and implement ERP modules, ensuring they meet business needs and are scalable for future growth.
• Customization & Configuration: Define and configure ERP system modules according to specific organizational requirements, including customization of workflows and reports.
• Performance Monitoring: Ensure optimal performance, stability, and security of the ERP system. Troubleshoot and resolve any architectural challenges.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture, configurations, and changes.
• Project Leadership: Lead the ERP implementation process from a technical perspective, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors and consultants to evaluate third-party ERP solutions and ensure they align with the organization's needs.
• User Training: Provide training and guidance to users and internal teams on the new systems and processes.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure ERP systems comply with regulatory requirements and are designed to mitigate risks.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Certification in ERP solutions (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) is highly preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a solutions architecture role with a focus on ERP systems.

• Proven experience in the end-to-end design and implementation of ERP systems in large organizations.
• Strong experience in system integration, customization, and deployment of ERP modules.
• Familiarity with business processes across multiple departments, including finance, supply chain, HR, etc.

Technical Skills:

Expertise in ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.

• Strong understanding of system architecture and design principles, including microservices, cloud-based solutions, and API integration.
