Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex, enterprise-grade solutions. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strategic business acumen to deliver innovative architectures that solve critical business challenges. You will serve as the technical authority, guiding cross-functional teams and ensuring solutions align with organizational goals, industry standards, and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Define end-to-end architecture for large-scale systems (cloud, hybrid, or on-premises)
• Lead technology selection processes and build vs. buy decisions
• Establish architectural principles, standards, and governance frameworks
• Conduct system design reviews and performance optimizations

Solution Design & Delivery

• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions
• Develop architecture blueprints, reference implementations, and PoCs
• Oversee integration of SaaS, PaaS, and custom-developed components
• Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements (scalability, reliability, security)

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with CTO / CIO to align technology with business strategy
• Advise executive leadership on technology investments
• Mentor engineering teams on architectural best practices
• Collaborate with security teams on compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2)
• Research and prototype emerging technologies (AI / ML, blockchain, IoT)
• Drive cloud adoption and digital transformation initiatives
• Optimize TCO through architecture rationalization

Qualifications

Education :

• Bachelor's / Master's in Computer Science or related field
• MBA or business certification (preferred)

Experience :

• 10+ years in software engineering / architecture roles
• 5+ years designing enterprise solutions ($1M+ budgets)
• 3+ full lifecycle implementations at scale

Certifications (2+ Required) :

• AWS / Azure / GCP Solutions Architect - Professional
