Role Summary :

Using deep technical knowledge and capability, lead the development of proposals and multi-disciplinary engagements. Beyond this, support broader business development initiatives, which include managing knowledge and capability content, setting standards for specific deliverables, contributing marketing campaigns and key account management.

Qualifications / Certifications required :

BSc Engineering (civil)

Project / programme Management

Experience required :

10 years of experience in the Infrastructure market sector, with emphasis on transport (Rail, Public Transport, etc.)

Experience across the Infrastructure life-cycle, viz. planning to design and construction)

Leading pursuits and proposal preparing including effort and cost estimation.

Leading multi-disciplinary teams toward developing strategy, master plans, options evaluation, etc.

Experienced in working with both public and private sector clients.

Responsibilities of role :

Proposal Development: Lead the development of proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and our success.

Multi-disciplinary Engagements: Coordinate and lead multi-disciplinary engagements, fostering collaboration across various teams.

Business Development: Support broader business development initiatives.

Marketing Content Creation: Create compelling content for marketing collateral, including thought leadership pieces and promotional materials.

Content and Knowledge Management: Oversee the management of content and knowledge related to infrastructure, maintaining high standards and accessibility.

Deliverable Standards: Set and uphold standards for infrastructure-specific deliverables, ensuring quality and consistency.

Support Global Relationship Partners on key account management.

Skill sets required :

Integration management (in a multi-disciplinary environment)

Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, etc.)

Change management

Exceptional organisational skills and ability to prioritise

Risk aware and understands risk management processes

Problem definition and using solutioning frameworks

Ensuring exceptional client experience while managing toward strong, positive commercial outcomes.
