The main role of the SA is to translate business requirements into technical requirements. This includes detailing and analyzing integration points, impacted systems, and designing solutions. The SA tests integration services and presents findings to governance forums. They collaborate within squads during design and delivery phases.
Integration requirements:
- System analysis experience, e.g., translating business requirements into technical/system requirements, creating FRSs or other documentation.
Background and experience required:
Years of experience: 5+
Industry experience: 3-5+
Must-have Skills (Mandatory):
- Salesforce Certification: Admin and App Builder
- Salesforce configuration and admin knowledge
- Ability to contribute technical details to sustainable technology solutions
- Expertise in technical solutions and interface analysis
- Proficiency with integration frameworks and tools such as Mulesoft
- Experience with APIs, API testing, and documentation tools like Postman and Swagger
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications, including data mappings and integration requirements
Beneficial Skills (Desired): Salesforce, System analysis, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), integration analysis
