ROLE OVERVIEW

Responsible for meeting and/or exceeding the company's annual revenue and booking quota for the assigned territory. Identifies, develops, and retains new business relationships. Develops sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and leveraging third-party relationships. Responsible for sales account management and customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Achieve sales objectives primarily through selling SAP Signavio software solutions to new customers and through sales of additional services to new customers.
  2. Develop and maintain an effective business sales and marketing plan for the assigned territory.
  3. Develop sales strategies that link prospects' business drivers to SAP.
  4. Identify sales opportunities through direct prospecting, lead follow-up, networking, and partner relationships.
  5. Manage the sales process through qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation, and close.
  6. Maintain a reasonable number of new weekly face-to-face prospect meetings.
  7. Work with the presales team when technical or product support is required.
  8. Effectively demonstrate and present SAP solutions to qualified prospects.
  9. Demonstrate and maintain a high level of knowledge about SAP products and services.
  10. Understand the territory marketplace, competitive offerings, and other business issues relevant to the position.
  11. Use effective time and territory management to maximize results.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
  1. Degree in a business or technical-related area of study.
  2. Minimum of 10 years experience selling SaaS/Cloud solutions in a quota-carrying role.
  3. Experience selling business process management and enterprise applications.
  4. Business Transformation Management experience.
  5. Expertise in dealing with complex sales cycles.
  6. English language fluency is mandatory.
  7. Mandatory knowledge and extensive exposure to the local region.
ADDITIONAL REQUIRED SKILLS
  1. Successful experience in identifying, qualifying, and closing new business.
  2. Ability to develop and maintain effective business sales and marketing plans.
  3. Knowledge of software direct and reseller sales channels.
  4. Strong knowledge of industry, travel, and entertainment products.
  5. Ability to accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue.
  6. Proven negotiation skills for complex contracts.
  7. Strong skills in creating sales presentations, positioning statements, and collateral.
