Role Overview

This role is responsible for meeting and/or exceeding the company's annual revenue and booking quota for the assigned territory. Responsibilities include identifying, developing, and retaining new business relationships, developing sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and leveraging third-party relationships, and managing sales accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  1. Achieve sales objectives by selling SAP Signavio software solutions to new customers and selling additional services to existing clients.
  2. Develop and maintain effective business, sales, and marketing plans for the assigned territory.
  3. Develop sales strategies that align prospect's business drivers with SAP solutions.
  4. Identify sales opportunities through direct prospecting, lead follow-up, networking, and partner relationships.
  5. Manage the sales process from qualification to needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation, and closing.
  6. Maintain a reasonable number of weekly face-to-face prospect meetings.
  7. Collaborate with the pre-sales team for technical or product support.
  8. Effectively demonstrate and present SAP solutions to qualified prospects.
  9. Maintain high knowledge of SAP products, services, and the relevant market landscape.
  10. Use effective time and territory management to maximize results.
Position Requirements
  • Degree in business or a technical field.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience selling SaaS/Cloud solutions in a quota-carrying role.
  • Experience in selling business process management and enterprise applications.
  • Business Transformation Management experience.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Extensive knowledge of the local region.
Additional Skills
  • Proven success in identifying, qualifying, and closing new business.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing plans.
  • Strong knowledge of software sales channels.
  • Excellent forecasting and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to create compelling sales presentations and collateral.
