Bachelor's Degree / Advanced Diploma in Information System / Computer Science related qualification.
TOGAF certification.

Relevant 5 - 7 years' experience in ICT architecture environment.
Experience of developing Service Oriented Architectures (SOA).
Strong integration experience.
Experience in assessing a broad range of information solutions and products.
Key Performance Areas:
Develop Component Solution Architectures.
Consume the Business requirements and utilise existing Solutions Architectures, Technology Context Model and other existing Enterprise Architecture components to develop the specific solution architectures.
Make decisions or recommendations around the nature of business solutions – i.e., build or buy decisions, the technology platforms to use, how will the solution scale to meet expected user demand, how should the solution components be deployed, and the solution integration decisions with other Organisational systems.
Define and establish the solution architecture, starting from an initial conceptual vision and evolving into a more concrete software architecture specification.
Manage Application Portfolio.
Develop an application portfolio and periodically update it to keep abreast of the changing application landscape.
Manage Solution Architecture.
Develop conceptual solution architecture and design.
Analysis of the business requirement.
Perform advisory service to business on solution building blocks.
Develop As-Is architecture and To-Be architecture.
Identify Risks Associated with Solution Architectures.
Identify existing business risks related to the implementation of software design and draw up a risk mitigation plan.
Policy Review and Implementation.
Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policy, standards, procedures, and processes.
Keep up to date with effective policy and practice execution strategies.
Reporting.
Prepare and submit regulation reports as required to provide progress updates and/or inform manager.

Develop functional reporting systems for management, projects, or performance reporting.
Prepare proposals, briefings, presentations, reports, and other documentation to provide management information both verbally and in report format.
Stakeholder Management.
Facilitate and manage communication with relevant internal and external stakeholders in relation to investments and proactively manage relationships.
Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, or procurement teams and ensure that all relevant procured items are invoiced and paid on time.
