Duties & Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Title: Solution Analyst
Duration: 3 Month Contract (Renewable), Hybrid
Location: Randburg, Johannesburg

JOB ROLE: Work as part of the Product Solution Cluster – Home Loans Solution Analysis.

The team is responsible for business and system analysis across the Home Loans area.

The Home Loans team is currently working on a Digital Self-service tool offering customers financial distress, working on both legacy systems and new applications.

THE JOB REQUIREMENTS: The SA's main role is to translate & document business requirements into technical impacts detailing integration points, impacted systems, and detailed solution related information. Collaboratively works within squads during design & delivery.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION: 6 - 8 years in IT industry. Background in Banking industry.

MANDATORY SKILLS:

1. API specification and design (4+ years)
2. Postman (4+ years)
3. Jira and Confluence (4+ years)
4. Agile (4+ years)
5. UMLMS Visio (4+ years)

BENEFICIAL SKILLS: Good Technical skills.

PACKAGE & REMUNERATION: Will be agreed based on qualifications, applicable banking experience and previous earnings.
