The HCM Sr Solution Advisor Specialist brings well-developed solution and business process knowledge to customers by demonstrating a compelling vision of the future with SAP SuccessFactors / HCM partner solutions.

Ideal candidates will have strong presentation skills, deep knowledge of the SuccessFactors portfolio, and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

This individual will act as a subject matter expert on SuccessFactors, staying current on product updates, new features, and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Account Team Engagement:

• Engage with customers early in the sales cycle by aligning customer needs with SAP SuccessFactors solutions and qualifying opportunities.
• Manage business process discovery to support solution recommendations and business capability mapping.
• Support sales and adoption by providing solution expertise and differentiation.
• Contribute to account strategy and competitive positioning.
• Engage customers through impactful storytelling and digital assets.
• Provide answers to solution-related inquiries to drive customer success.

• Ensure smooth transition to onboarding teams and partners.
• Drive adoption by continuing to promote the value of SAP solutions post-decision.
• Support successful deployments and realization of value.
