RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a passionate and driven Solar Sales Representative to join our client's team. Our client, a leading renewable energy company, specializes in solar solutions for residential and commercial customers. As a Solar Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting the benefits of solar energy to potential customers. If you are enthusiastic about renewable energy and have a strong sales background, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads for solar energy solutions
- Conduct consultations and educate customers on the benefits of solar energy
- Prepare and present customized solar energy proposals to potential customers
- Negotiate and close sales agreements with customers
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments in solar energy
Requirements- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the solar energy industry
- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus
