Solar Sales Representative

We are seeking a results-driven Solar Sales Representative with a proven track record in sales to join our growing team in Johannesburg.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate new business through cold calling, referrals, and inbound leads
2. Conduct consultations with residential and/or commercial clients
3. Prepare and present tailored solar energy proposals
4. Manage the full sales process from initial contact to final agreement
5. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Minimum Requirements:

1. 2–3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets
2. Experience in solar, renewable energy, or technical sales is an advantage
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
4. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
5. Valid driver's license and reliable transport
