Do you have a passion for clean energy and a strong record of closing high-value deals? We’re looking for a Solar Sales Representative with a proven track record in residential or commercial solar sales to join our growing team.
What You’ll Do:
  • Drive new business by prospecting, qualifying, and closing solar system sales
  • Present customized solar solutions to residential and/or commercial clients
  • Conduct site visits and prepare system proposals in collaboration with the technical team
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and outreach
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs


What We’re Looking For:
  • 2–5 years of direct solar sales experience (residential or commercial)
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer relationship skills
  • Knowledge of solar systems, energy savings analysis, and installation process
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a hunter mentality
  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
