  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, product specs, and competitor offerings

Requirements :

  • Minimum 2–3 years' proven sales experience in solar or related energy / tech sector
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
  • Tech-savvy with a good understanding of solar systems and client ROI
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Own vehicle and valid driver’s licence – essential
  • Self-motivated, confident, and driven by results
