We are recruiting on behalf of a leading renewable energy company that is expanding its project delivery team due to significant growth in their commercial and utility-scale solar pipeline.
Our client is seeking an experienced Solar PV Project Manager with a proven track record in commercial and large-scale solar PV installations. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of major solar projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of commercial and large-scale solar PV projects.
• Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Lead on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Oversee procurement, scheduling, risk management, and project reporting.
• Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and regulatory bodies throughout the project.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.

Essential Requirements:

• A Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience managing commercial or utility-scale solar PV projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, grid connections, and construction methodologies.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with HSE regulations and construction compliance.

Desirable:

• Project Management Certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2).
• Experience with battery storage or hybrid energy systems.
• Proficiency in project planning software (e.g. MS Project, Primavera).
