Are you a dynamic and strategic professional with experience in managing product portfolios within the renewable energy sector? A leading company in the solar industry is looking for a Product Portfolio Manager to drive product strategy, optimize portfolio performance, and contribute to the growth of innovative energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of solar products, ensuring alignment with market needs and company strategy.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to enhance product positioning and pricing strategies.

• Drive the new product introduction process, ensuring strong business cases and successful launches.

• Develop sales and marketing strategies in collaboration with internal teams.

• Optimize portfolio profitability by monitoring margins, demand forecasting, and stock management.

• Act as the Voice of the Customer (VoC) by leading qualitative and quantitative research.

• Work closely with technical product teams to ensure a complete and competitive product offering.

Requirements:

• A technical qualification (3 years or more) is highly advantageous.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Solar PV with a background in sales and product management.

• Strong knowledge of off-grid, grid-tied, residential, and commercial solar solutions.

• Experience with local regulations and compliance within the renewable energy industry.

• Advanced Excel skills, strong analytical abilities, and project management experience
