Responsibilities

• Liaise with Technical Support Manager to review project plans and drawings, ensuring adherence to design.
• Collaborate with crew members to complete projects within the established time frame, following policies and procedures.
• Assemble solar array tracking, seal roof penetrations, and install all related equipment.
• Set up solar monitoring systems.
• Maintain high levels of quality assurance and control with a focus on safety.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and operational issues.
• Communicate professionally with customers, addressing all questions and concerns respectfully.

Requirements

• Experience with installing both roof and ground mount systems.
• Experience with micro and string inverters as well as setting up monitoring systems.
• CRITICAL:
• AREP (Association for Renewable Energy Practitioners)
• SAPVIA Green Card Certification preferred.
• QCTO Red Seal Electrician Certification (Solar Experience).
