Solar Field Technician

You’ll be responsible for maintaining and optimising solar systems, addressing complex technical challenges, and delivering a high standard of service to clients across the region. This field-based role requires travel to various sites for maintenance, audits, and system upgrades

Desired Experience & Qualification

Minimum Requirements:

• Trade Tested Electrician (essential)
• Wireman’s Licence (advantageous)
• 3–5 years’ experience in solar energy systems or related technical roles

Technical Skills & Experience:

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability for solar PV systems
• Competent in system performance monitoring and reporting
• Proficiency in O&M scheduling and implementation
• Ability to develop SOPs and technical documentation
• Experience in product lifecycle management and collaboration with R&D

Preferred:

• Background in renewable energy product improvement initiatives
• Experience in customer feedback analysis and quality assurance processes
