Duties & Responsibilities

• Design and Develop: Engineer cutting-edge solar PV systems from concept through to completion. Your designs will light up homes and power businesses, and push the boundaries of what solar technology can achieve.
• Innovate and Implement: Work on exciting projects involving smart grid integration and energy storage solutions. Your role will be pivotal in turning bold new ideas into reality.
• Lead and Liaise: Act as a technical leader on projects, guiding teams, interfacing with clients, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Research and Resolve: Stay ahead of technological trends in the solar industry. Apply your insight to solve complex technical challenges and enhance system performance.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experienced and Educated: You have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field. A professional engineering license is a plus!
• PV Savvy: With at least 5 years of hands-on experience in solar engineering, including direct involvement with PV systems, you’re adept at design, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Software Proficient: You are comfortable with PVsyst, AutoCAD, and other industry-standard software, ensuring precision in design and efficiency in execution.
• Communicator and Collaborator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills allow you to translate complex technical details into clear and actionable information for team members and clients alike.
