Who We're Looking For : Experienced and Educated : You have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.

A professional engineering license is a plus!

PV Savvy : With at least 5 years of hands-on experience in solar engineering, including direct involvement with PV systems, you're adept at design, installation, and troubleshooting.

Software Proficient : You are comfortable with PVsyst, AutoCAD, and other industry-standard software, ensuring precision in design and efficiency in execution.

Communicator and Collaborator : Excellent verbal and written communication skills allow you to translate complex technical details into clear and actionable information for team members and clients alike.
