Who We’re Looking For:

• Experienced and Educated: You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field. A professional engineering license is a plus!
• PV Savvy: With at least 5 years of hands-on experience in solar engineering, including direct involvement with PV systems, you’re adept at design, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Software Proficient: You are comfortable with PVsyst, AutoCAD, and other industry-standard software, ensuring precision in design and efficiency in execution.
• Communicator and Collaborator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills allow you to translate complex technical details into clear and actionable information for team members and clients alike.
