Our client, a renowned multinational in the SecurityTech sector, is looking for a Solution Sales Consultant (Software) to drive the adoption and implementation of high-impact software solutions across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a self-driven and technically-minded individual who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys extensive client interaction, and is excited by the opportunity to work across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead technical sales efforts for enterprise-grade software solutions in the MEA region.
  2. Drive end-to-end pre-sales activities, including solution design, tenders, pricing, and client engagement.
  3. Act as the regional technical expert, supporting the sales team with demos, proposals, and presentations.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Sales, Project Management, and Procurement to align technical solutions with client requirements.
  5. Maintain Salesforce CRM entries, track leads and opportunities, and forecast sales performance.
  6. Travel extensively across MEA to support clients and build strong commercial relationships.
  7. Support global knowledge sharing and contribute to solution portfolio development.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  2. 5+ years’ experience in technical software sales for enterprise clients—preferably across the MEA region.
  3. Strong technical background in OS, databases, networks, and server infrastructure.
  4. Experience in preparing technical specifications, tender responses, and client proposals.
  5. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  6. Must be open to 50% travel across the MEA region.

Bonus if you have:

  1. Knowledge of the cash industry or warehouse automation.
  2. Experience working with Salesforce CRM.
