We are currently looking for a Software Quality Engineer to join our Enhance team. This team focuses on empowering studios to foster collaborative thinking and improve studio quality maturity. By leveraging quality frameworks, we help our partner game studios grow organically and achieve faster time to market for their current and future portfolios.
As an SQE for Enhance, your focus will be on reviewing and implementing testing processes on complex projects. You will be involved in test preparation, planning, supporting junior team members, and reviewing and guiding test coverage. Additionally, you will help with test completion reviews, improve testing processes, and refine the department's testing baseline and knowledge base.
Your duties include conducting test execution, preparing test environments, troubleshooting projects, detecting and tracking defects, and managing stakeholders to ensure quality delivery and customer confidence.
Adapt to change, share knowledge, and mentor team members. Provide training and mentorship on test strategies, including live testing and load/performance testing.
