Software / Network And Cloud Engineer / Manager- 1 Year Contract (Banking)

Urgently seeking an experienced Network / Cloud Engineer Manager for a 1-year contract in JHB. This will be for one of the TOP banks in S.A. The candidate should be able to configure and deploy cloud-based SD WAN, Cloud-based VPN, SASE, Cloud network sockets, WI-FI, and infrastructure networks.

Experienced with firewalls, network security, and zero trust environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Deliver cloud solutions
2. Reference architecture
3. Cloud infrastructure
4. Involved with the design of applications
5. Configuration of management tools
6. Deployment
7. Programming
8. Execution of automation projects
9. Monitor and metric tools: Nagios / Graphite / AppDynamics
10. Design of information systems
11. Infrastructure network components layer 1 - 6

Must have:

1. Stakeholder engagement
2. Application portfolio analysis
3. Matric
4. Bachelor degree - Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics
5. C / C++, Java, Perl, Python, Go certificate OR scripting experience: Shell / Perl
6. AWS - Solutions, DevOps, SysOps admin certificate
7. Azure - Admin / DevOps / Solutions Architect - PLUS
8. No less than 5 years' relevant experience in software engineering
9. Available immediately for employment!
10. Must have a clear criminal record, fraud clear, ITC (Credit) clear.
11. Great track record as reference checks will be conducted upfront.
