About the Role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll perform complex research, design, and software assignments. Providing input to project plans, scheduling, and methodology, you'll develop cross-functional software products. You'll work on individual tasks and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Interface with other personnel or team members to finalize requirements
• Complete complex bug fixes and resolve technical issues
• Implement development processes, coding best practices, and conduct code reviews
• Operate in various development environments (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) while collaborating with key stakeholders
• Train entry-level engineers, ensuring they are knowledgeable in critical aspects of their roles
• Design and work with complex data models

Requirements

• Hold a BS degree in Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Have substantial Software Development experience
• Possess an excellent understanding of data modelling principles, data manipulation languages, and storage systems
• Be proficient in development languages, including C, Microsoft SQL Server, C#.NET, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in web technologies (Angular, SOAP Services (WCF), REST, MVC) being an advantage
• Ability to work well with internal and external technology resources
• Good knowledge of test-driven development
• Advanced knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
