Job summary

Network Finance seeks a senior engineer to drive requirements management improvements across the product lifecycle and establish robust baselines for requirements, design, verification, and validation. You will implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, support Agile practices, and enhance Jira workflows in a global, safety‑critical context.

The role requires extensive experience in software/systems engineering within regulated environments, plus strong scripting and automation

Qualifications

• 10 years experience in software, systems engineering, or product development.
• Exposure to Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and Continuous Integration methodologies.
• Experience in highly regulated or safety-critical industries advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive improvements in Requirements Management processes and traceability throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Establish and maintain requirements, design, verification, and validation baselines.
• Ensure alignment with industry standards including DO-178, DO-254, ARP4754A, and EN9100.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and associated toolsets.
• Develop and support Agile development practices including CI, testing, delivery and deployment.
• Manage and enhance Jira workflows, reporting systems, and engineering dashboards.
• Administer and maintain user authentication systems, including LDAP environments.
• Collaborate with global teams on infrastructure and cloud deployment initiatives.
• Develop, maintain, and optimise automation scripts and engineering tool integrations.
• Support migration from legacy systems and contribute to cybersecurity compliance initiatives.
• Identify and implement new technologies that improve engineering productivity and development processes.
