Your main purpose in this role is to ensure software development plans and protocols meet the required standards and put governance in place.

From development planning, software architecture design, coding, and testing to integration. Your expertise in Design Assurance Levels and how this integrates with the software development life cycle will play a big part in successfully executing the role.

Your background working on certification or official approval of software will play a significant role in securing a spot on the shortlist.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
2. 5 to 10 years' experience working in software development
3. Experience working in governance or quality assurance from a software development perspective
4. Proven track record in the defence, military or aviation sectors
5. Expertise in DO-C, ISO, MIL-STD and IEEE STD
6. Proficient in C, C++ or Python
7. JIRA experience
