Job summary

Rad Resources is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our development team in Gauteng. You will modernise and continue developing an enterprise SaaS platform, taking ownership of complex features and delivering secure, scalable production software.

You will collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable software, applying strong engineering judgment and best practices. This hands-on role targets upper mid-level to senior developers.

Qualifications

• Approximately five or more years of relevant commercial software development experience.
• Strong recent experience developing production software using C# and .NET.
• Experience delivering meaningful features from requirement through to production.
• Experience working within a professional software development team.
• A relevant tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Equivalent practical experience and a strong technical track record may be considered in place of a formal qualification.

This is a hands‑on engineering role suited to an upper mid‑level or senior developer who can take ownership of complex features, contribute to technical decisions and deliver secure, scalable and maintainable production software. The successful candidate will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to translate product requirements into reliable software solutions.
