Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide overall system support and development of the Planning Product / Services.
  • Collaborate with the business to understand requirements and translate them into solutions.
  • Provide guidance on business and system processes for the Planning Product / Service.
  • Identify integration needs between systems.
  • Develop, maintain, and implement new products/systems based on requirements.
  • Conduct testing with users to ensure product meets needs.
  • Conduct training sessions and demonstrations for senior users when required.
  • Communicate with the business regarding implementation and rollout.
  • Collect, process, and report business data.
  • Advise on enhancements to existing products.
  • Ensure security policies are implemented and maintained within planning systems.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • BSc in Computer Science or related degree/Diploma.
  • Experience with planning solutions in a retail environment is advantageous.
  • Experience with retail planning applications (e.g., JDA AKB, Oracle Retail MFP).
  • Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, Unix shell scripting, and report writing.
  • Experience in end-to-end SDLC, including Agile & DevOps.
  • Ability to gather and translate requirements from business users.
  • Knowledge of retail planning solutions and configurations.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI reporting tools.
