Job Description

CIB Corporate Technology utilizes the Salesforce Platform to manage essential operations, client interactions, feedback, and onboarding across diverse business areas:

• Coverage Banking, Product Houses, and Markets businesses
• Legal for integration with the iManage Legal case management system
• Compliance, Client Service Centres, Credit, Marketing Cloud, Cash Collections, Digital Partnerships, etc.

A dedicated Salesforce team comprising Full-stack Developers, Data Engineers, and Configuration Specialists supports the entire CIB business. They develop custom functionalities on top of the existing Salesforce platform and configure Salesforce to meet challenging and diverse business needs. Opportunities exist for ambitious technologists interested in Architecture, Integration, Full-stack Development, and more. Skills and Experience Required

• Relevant B-Degree in Computer Science preferred, but practical experience may suffice
• 5+ years of Information Technology experience
• 3+ years hands-on .Net Software development experience
• Experience in automated testing, building, and designing
• Excellent communication, analytical skills, and decision-making abilities in collaborative environments
• Proficiency in coding/scripting languages - .Net
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design and design patterns
• Knowledge of frameworks and libraries like JavaScript, jQuery, TypeScript, HTML, CSS
• Experience with unit testing frameworks
• Problem-solving and debugging skills

Beneficial experience and certifications include:

• Salesforce Development experience
• Salesforce Qualifications – 201, 450, 501, 502
• Experience with Salesforce Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud

Key Accountabilities

• Code and test software and applications according to specifications
• Embed automated testing
• Develop programs based on detailed design from team leads
• Implement changes following standards
• Utilize Salesforce default functionalities and configurations
• Deploy software via CI/CD or manual processes
• Engage with end-users to understand requirements, train, test, and document changes
• Use Agile methodology to deliver user stories in sprints
• Participate in scheduled maintenance, data cleaning, process optimization
• Obtain relevant Salesforce certifications
• Identify and suggest process optimizations
• Contribute to Salesforce development and all development lifecycle phases
• Analyze requirements to identify solutions
• Produce organized, documented source code
• Apply principles of self-service, repeatability, testability, scalability, and resilience
• Apply design patterns and paradigms
• Debug and enhance existing code
• Collaborate with teams to improve technical products
• Follow Group Architecture & Infrastructure guidelines
• Support reviews, performance monitoring, and optimization
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and practices
• Maintain documentation and technical specifications
• Participate in incident management and disaster recovery activities
• Collaborate and mentor team members
