Your role involves creating, maintaining, and refining automated testing within the quality assurance processes across Core Banking Applications, working with technical leads to enable efficient product delivery and effective use of open-source tools.
Are you someone who can :

- Prevent wastage and identify process improvements to reduce costs.
- Assess your performance regularly, seek feedback, and request training when needed.
- Minimize system downtime through proactive testing, managing defects, and conducting code reviews.
- Assess, identify, and mitigate potential risks within the IT environment, ensuring compliance with governance and policies.
- Code, test, and implement tests to ensure applications meet requirements in line with the SDLC.
- Engage proactively with business units and colleagues to understand needs and identify IT solutions.
SDIT Responsibilities :
Script / Tests Analysis :
- Analyze new and existing automation scripts.
- Identify areas for improvement or maintenance.
- Create test cases based on Business Requirement Specifications.
Automation Scripting :
- Adapt to prescribed standards and internal frameworks.
- Familiarize with interaction points like Legacy Application, REST, API, Selenium, SOAP, IMS, OCEP.
- Design robust, scalable, and maintainable automation scripts.
- Review processes and suggest improvements for efficiency.
Stakeholder Communication :
- Collaborate effectively with QA, Infrastructure, Architecture, Developers, and Business.
- Understand the SUT from a business perspective.
- Maintain communication with product owners and analysts for requirements.
Performance Testing :
- Create and maintain performance tests using JMeter.
- Work with Performance Engineers to ensure proper testing processes.
- Collaborate on reports, improvements, and bottleneck analysis.
Issue Resolution and Analysis :
- Collaborate with stakeholders for quick fix turnaround.
- Participate in root cause analysis and troubleshooting.
- Provide detailed info for issue resolution.
Leadership Responsibilities :
- Demonstrate leadership qualities.
- Solve problems effectively.
- Communicate efficiently.
- Work closely with Technical Team Lead.
- Ensure testing process quality and stability.
Desired Experience :
- Experience with JAVA, Springboot, SQL basics, Front-end navigation, API testing (Postman, SOAPUI), API documentation (Swagger), Monitoring tools (Plunk, Grafana), CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Bamboo), Git, IntelliJ, Data-driven frameworks, Knowledge of OCEP services, Data preparation, Agile methodology.
