Role Overview :

Beyond development, you’ll help define the strategic roadmap for these applications, ensuring they evolve with innovative technology to meet the changing needs of our business.

Responsibilities : Software Solutions

1. Research innovations and solutions, including new application, database, and operating system technologies for mobile, open source, and closed source domains.
2. Coordinate and interface with functional design, quality assurance, developers, other product teams, and senior management to ensure needs are met and managed.
3. Manage the delivery of technical designs, unit test plans, and high-quality code.
4. Use relevant repositories for documentation and code storage standardization.
5. Develop integrations and conduct impact analysis of solutions.
6. Determine system requirements based on specifications or client needs.
7. Design appropriate system models.
8. Liaise with clients to ensure models meet their needs.
9. Develop software using relevant development tools (coding).
10. Test systems for stability, speed, and compliance with specifications.
11. Implement roll-out, change control, release management, and project and client management.

Task Assignment

1. Engage with client departments and project managers to manage processes within the software development lifecycle.
2. Understand customer documentation needs and research technology solutions.
3. Ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
4. Follow change, incident, release, and internal processes.
5. Maintain open communication with customer representatives and cross-functional teams.
6. Support technical product documentation projects and assist in documentation design.
7. Coordinate roll-out with clients.
8. Maintain coding standards documentation and user manuals.

Client Engagement

1. Manage incidents, problems, and releases.
2. Ensure system uptime.
3. Monitor customer support cases and resolve problems.
4. Deploy help line protocols and escalation procedures.
5. Monitor SLA adherence.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
7. Manage client expectations and information flow.
