Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain software, web, and multimedia applications to improve business outcomes and efficiencies.
• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within Dynamics, including CRM and ERP, Power Platform modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Prepare estimates for development activities.
• Create technical service specifications for software components.
• Integrate software components into functional systems and refine integrations.
• Integrate Dynamics with other business systems and applications.
• Develop and maintain documentation for solutions.
• Research, evaluate, and propose software products and system improvements.
• Work in an agile environment to release software regularly.
• Perform coding, unit testing, debugging, and deployment of Dynamics solutions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-year Diploma/Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent.

Experience:

• 5-8 years in programming, software development, systems design, and maintenance.
• At least 2 years of ERP solutions implementation, with 3+ years in MSD or SAP hands-on experience.
• Experience with Agile & DevOps methodologies.
• Experience in financial services is a plus.
