This is a fantastic opportunity for a Software Delivery Director / Head of Delivery to lead the global delivery of cutting-edge FinTech solutions for the world's leading investment management PaaS provider.

This Software Delivery Director role is based in JOHANNESBURG or CAPE TOWN.

The salary is R2.6 to R3 million per annum.

THE COMPANY :

This is the largest Investment Management Tech / WealthTech platform provider, partnering with 650 financial institutions and 12,000 wealth management firms, managing $2 trillion in assets and serving 24 million investors across 20 markets.

Their end-to-end wealth management platform integrates technology infrastructure and investment operations, enabling institutional clients to deliver hyper-personalised financial solutions in a regulated environment.

THE ROLE

As Software Delivery Director, you will lead the global delivery of the company's solutions. You'll oversee end-to-end delivery, focusing on operational excellence and aligning client strategies to drive long-term revenue growth.

You will take ownership of critical client solution delivery, overseeing project forecasts and overall performance. You will ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions by driving accountability across teams, monitoring performance against strategic objectives, and ensuring adherence to the company's SDLC.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will engage with Exco to provide strategic delivery insights, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Proven track record as a Head of Delivery / Director of Delivery.
• Extensive experience in FinTech, WealthTech, or Investment Management Platforms.
• Deep understanding of PaaS, WealthTech, and Investment Management solutions.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and best practices in software delivery.
• Experience leading global delivery teams with a focus on delivery and revenue generation.
