Senior Software Consultant (QA Automation)

Location: Cape Town, South Africa

Responsibilities

1. Perform highly complex work critical to organizational goals with minimal supervision, demonstrating extensive independent judgment.
2. Act as an advanced individual contributor and subject matter expert within the discipline.
3. Mentor peers and expand capabilities across various areas of expertise.
4. Collaborate with solution development and product teams to provide feedback, discuss design issues, investigate problems, and develop solutions.
5. Possess in-depth knowledge of the organization's products and services.
6. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
7. Analyze and test software to ensure it meets design specifications and quality standards.
8. Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including developing quality standards and testing for reliability and accuracy.
9. Document activities, processes, and test outcomes accurately.
10. Develop customized test procedures for organizational products as needed.
11. Serve as a subject matter expert in at least one PPM solution and its supporting technologies.
12. Contribute to improvements in PPM solutions and report on critical issues to management.
13. Develop proficiency in Customer Relationship Management systems and conduct customer training if required.
