This London Borough works in partnership with East London NHS Foundation Trust and is seeking a Social Worker to focus on the completion of statutory work, e.g., Care Act Assessments, Care and Support plans, reviews, safeguarding, Mental Capacity Assessments.

The Neighbourhood Mental Health Team provides community care for people with a range of mental health needs as an integrated service under ELFT and Adult Social Care, across primary care networks. We collaborate with service users, their carers, and other statutory and voluntary care sectors.

As they prioritize a healthy work/life balance, this allows for more focused and effective working patterns, as well as happier staff. You will be able to lean on the service for support and have your manager’s ear when looking to work from home.
