Placements24 is seeking a compassionate and experienced Social Worker specializing in Family Services to join our team in Soweto. You will provide comprehensive support, counseling, and intervention for families facing domestic issues, child welfare concerns, and economic hardship.

You will assess needs, develop intervention plans, connect families with community resources, and advocate for children's rights while maintaining confidential case records in line with professional standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) required.
• Current registration with the South African Council for Social Service Professions (SACSSP).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in family services or child welfare.
• Demonstrated expertise in family therapy, crisis intervention, and case management.
• Strong understanding of local community resources and social welfare systems in Soweto.
