Remote Growth Partners LLC is seeking an experienced senior video editor to produce 100–120 short-form videos monthly (12–90s) for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. You will craft organic, client-voiced content and collaborate with strategists to drive performance.

The role requires 5+ years editing experience with a strong sense of storytelling and viral content dynamics, plus proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut. Remote work with flexible collaboration is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of video editing experience
• 4+ years editing short-form social content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
• Strong storytelling and pacing instincts
• Deep understanding of viral content and social trends
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut
• Ability to maintain quality across 85–100 videos per month
• Strong attention to detail, especially with file quality and exports
• Experience working with 4K/60fps footage without compression issues
• Access to iPhone/MacBook for iCloud and shared album workflows
• Ability to work autonomously from raw footage without detailed briefs

Responsabilités

• Edit 100–120 short-form videos per month (12–40 seconds, up to 90 seconds max)
• Create content optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Maintain an organic, “filmed by the client” aesthetic
• Collaborate with 3 strategists managing ~30–35 videos each
• Interpret briefs and evolve toward fully autonomous editing from raw footage
• Deliver high-performance content targeting 15K+ views, with upside to 100K–1M+
• Ensure high-quality exports without compression issues in 4K workflows
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to creative discussions

They specialize in organic-style videos that drive reach across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. Their work focuses on storytelling, pacing, and performance, not just visual effects.

Need to have qualifications:

• 5+ years of video editing experience
• 4+ years editing short-form social content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
• Strong storytelling and pacing instincts
• Deep understanding of viral content and social trends
• Strong intuition for what performs on social (“chronically online”)
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut
• Ability to maintain quality across 85–100 videos per month
• Strong attention to detail, especially with file quality and exports
• Experience working with 4K/60fps footage without compression issues
• Access to iPhone/MacBook for iCloud and shared album workflows
• Ability to work autonomously from raw footage without detailed briefs

• Experience working with agencies or content studios
