Tecbot Pty Ltd is seeking a video editor/creator to shoot on location and edit for social platforms. You will work with our social team to produce Reels, TikToks and product photos for client feeds.

Candidates should have 2-3 years' experience, a strong portfolio showing both fast, native-feeling UGC and polished brand content, and be confident with CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro.

• 2-3 years' experience shooting and editing video, with a good chunk for brands or social media
• Portfolio showing native-feeling UGC and polished brand content
• Confident in CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro
• Knowledge of Lightroom and Photoshop for edits
• On-set experience with camera, lenses, gimbal, lighting and audio
• Understanding TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Stories formats
• Own transport for on-location shoots
• Own camera gear is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Head out to client locations with the social team to shoot Reels and TikToks
• Capture natural UGC-style content and higher-end campaigns with lighting and sound
• Edit footage into finished cuts with pacing, captions and color
• Edit product, lifestyle and behind-the-scenes photos for client feeds
• Produce multiple versions for organic posts and paid ads
• Organise footage and project files for team access
• Keep up with trends in formats, sounds and editing styles
• Hit turnaround times across several clients

• 2-3 years' experience shooting and editing video, with a good chunk of that for brands or social media
• A portfolio that shows both sides: fast, native-feeling UGC and polished, high-end brand content
• Confident in CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro
• Working knowledge of Lightroom and Photoshop for photo edits and retouching
• Comfortable running a camera, lenses, gimbal, lighting and audio kit on set
• A solid grasp of how content should differ across TikTok, Instagram Reels and Stories
• Own transport for on-location client shoots
• Own camera gear is a plus, but it's not a deal-breaker

Responsibilities

• Head out to client locations with our social team to shoot Reels, TikToks and photos
• Capture natural, UGC-style content as well as higher-end campaign shoots with proper lighting and sound
• Bring raw footage back to the office and turn it into finished edits (cuts, pacing, captions, sound, colour)
• Edit product, lifestyle and behind-the-scenes photos for client feeds
• Cut multiple versions of the same piece for organic posts and paid ad testing
• Keep footage and project files organised so anyone on the team can find what they need
• Stay on top of trending formats, sounds and edit styles, and bring fresh ideas to the social team
• Hit turnaround times across several clients at once

Key abilities

• A sharp eye for composition, lighting and framing
• Knows when a piece needs a quick, raw edit and when it needs the full treatment
• Takes direction well from social managers, but isn't shy about pitching a better idea
• Calm and professional in front of clients on set
• Organised enough to juggle shoot days and edit days without dropping deadlines
• After Effects skills (motion graphics, animated text, logo reveals, simple 2D animation)
• Colour grading in DaVinci Resolve or Premiere's Lumetri panel
• Experience shooting for e-commerce, food or hospitality brands
• A drone licence and aerial footage in your portfolio
• Experience directing talent or creators on camera
