Join Our Team as a Social Media Manager

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  1. Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute creative and effective social media strategies for MO Agency and its clients.
  2. Content Creation: Craft compelling social media posts, graphics, videos, and written content that reflect the voice and tone of each brand.
  3. Campaign Management: Plan, schedule, and oversee the execution of social media campaigns across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, X, and others).
  4. Community Management: Monitor, engage, and grow online communities for MO Agency and client accounts.
  5. Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular performance reports.
  6. Trendspotting: Stay ahead of social media trends and algorithm changes, ensuring our strategies remain cutting-edge.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with the content, design, and client services teams to ensure a seamless flow of campaign execution.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketer, or related role.
  • Strategy & Execution: Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize social media strategies and campaigns.
  • Content Creation: Experience creating high-quality social content (copy, video, images, GIFs, etc.).
  • Creativity: Strong ability to craft fresh, engaging content that captures attention.
  • Analytics Proficiency: Experience reporting on performance trends.
  • Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of social platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
